At CES 2019 Lenovo Announced its refreshed version of ThinkPad X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga

On last year CES Lenovo announced tons of new gadgets, smart displays, and mirage camera and much more. Like previous year this year also they announced a ton of stuff at CES. Along with new gaming laptops and a ton of accessories, the company also refreshed its flagship notebook lines, the ThinkPad X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga. 

Both models come with a 14” display and which are more thinner and lighter than their predecessors, which make them a strong contender for the top premium Windows notebooks. Both Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga will be available in June, and they’re priced starting at $1,710 and $1,930, respectively. 

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon

The X1 Carbon now weighs 2.5 pounds, with a 15 mm thin design and a woven carbon finish. There’s an 8th gen Intel Core processor inside, coupled with 8 or 16GB of RAM and up to 2TB of storage.

The ThinkPad X1 Carbon comes with 15 mm thin design and woven carbon finish, which now weighs k.g.(2.5 Pounds). Now its powered by Intel’s 8th Gen Processor, up to 16 GB of RAM and storage up to 2TB PCIe SSD.

As Lenovo saying they will offer a variety of display choices and users have to choose there preferred display, including regular 1080p options, a 4K HDR model, and even a new, low-power 1080p display that should help with battery life. Other then that on connectivity fronts, there are two USB 3.1 ports and dual USB-C Thunderbolt ports.

Lenovo also introduced a new ThinkPad X1 Yoga for 2019. While previous models have been constructed out of a carbon fiber hybrid material, this year’s X1 Yoga made with an aluminum design. The new X1 Yoga is 11 percent thinner than last year’s model and weighs 3.05 pounds. The 14-inch laptop also powered by 8th Gen Intel Core processors, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 2TB of PCIe SSD storage. Just like the ThinkPad X1 Carbon, you’ll be able to pick between a variety of displays for the X1 Yoga, including 1080p panels, a WQHD version, and a 4K HDR display.
